Steven Suprantio, S.H., M.Hum.


Steven joined MacalloHarlin Advocates in mid-2016. He has been involved in various cases, such as state administrative disputes concerning cancellation of principal licenses, mass employment termination, distributorship disputes and criminal investigations.

Steven graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University in 2011, and obtained his master’s degree from the same university in 2016. During his years of studying law, he practiced with the Bandung Legal Aid Institute, an organization standing under the supervision of the Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation (Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Indonesia), a well-known legal aid organization in Indonesia.

Steven is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).


Tiffany Efny Tampubolon, S.H.


Tiffany joined MacalloHarlin Advocates in early 2017. She has been involved in various cases, including industrial relations, distributorship, and directorship disputes. She has helped to advise clients on industrial relations matters, such as relocation of employees, insurance programs, and foreign workers’ issues. Tiffany’s experience at MacalloHarlin Advocates is extended to criminal matters, where she has assisted clients in police investigations for certain alleged criminal actions, such as fraud, embezzlement, and forgery.

Tiffany graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2015. Prior to joining MacalloHarlin Advocates, Tiffany practiced with Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo (LGS), where she was involved in an antitrust case and environmental dispute.


Dion Reinaldo, S.H.


Dion joined MacalloHarlin Advocates in mid-2017. He has been involved in several cases, such as state administrative, distributorship, and construction disputes. He has also assisted clients with certain employment matters.

Dion graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University in 2016. Before joining MacalloHarlin Advocates, Dion was a Junior Associate at Rosetini & Partners, where he was involved in several corporate and commercial transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Prior to this, he was an Intern at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners. In late 2017, Dion passed the Indonesian bar exam.
